You're welcome! I think the city leans on 311 heavily to handle this stuff. I see both the city and 311 have watch areas on this site but I'm not sure they have enough resources to keep up with it. Call *311 has worked pretty well for us. We just discovered this site and, so far, love it. Personally it seems to work well and I love being able to get pictures. That's a big help!
