At the top of Monroe Street where it meets Elm, there is a house on the left that has planted large flower plants that block the view of oncoming bikers/runners/walkers/cars. You have to
pull out onto Elm to see if you can make the turn, either right or left. These plants are also covering a sign of some sort. Is it ok to plant something this large in the area?
