Description

Late model maroon Ford ZX2 parked on east side of Central . No license plate. Marked as for sale and has been on the street for at least 6 six weeks. Owner does not live at the apartment complex it is parked in front of - last saw the owner at least five weeks ago. Rear back window has been window has been removed. Lately it has been attracting the attention of transients.
