As a second resident in this complex, I can confirm this spraying occurs annually throughout the property with no notices posted. It's unclear what is being sprayed.

Can you describe the person who did the application if you saw that? Was there a company van associated with the incident you were reporting or a local property maintenance person?

I have never seen the application. It happens several times a year. There are distinctive lines of dead grass anywhere it would be hard to maneuver a lawn mower (e.g. around curbs, trees, decks, gas meters, edge of the buildings). Other residents have told me that the on-site lawn maintenance crew has applied a liquid spray. I do believe it is greater than 500 feet from centennial brook (not sure) however no notice has ever been posted. Thanks!
