Any reason you don't call the cops when you see this happening? They can't be everywhere all the time.

Call 911 when you see it. If they are approached even once they will not come back. Don't let them get comfortable there.

Please do call 911 when you see the minivan. It is possible they are just hanging out (yes, I believe they could be transitioning from being walkers to new drivers with mommy's car, and no real need to drive, but happy to have use of the car, stopping with the car at the places they use to/still do hang). However, they may very well be selling drugs. At any rate, a talking to by the police may lead to an arrest of a drug seller, deter a drug seller from going to that location, or at the very least teach the innocent kid that his behavior is suspicious and should not continue.

If we only had brains we would legalize drugs, tax them and be done with this game.... Hows the whole drugs are illegal thing working out after spending trillions on stoping it as a nation?...bout the same as alcohol being banned
