This part of the "Paper Street" public ROW has not been mowed. One would hope that the grove Ave resident(s) and the Lawnridge Avenue resident(s)--at least the ones at the end of both blocks, would mow. But they don't. (The Bethlehem Terrace ROW between Grove and Glendale and Glendale and Forest are taken care of by the residents)
