Description
The property is overgrown and encroaching onto right of way. There are numerous piles of trash, debris and yard waste. There are numerous Brazilian Pepper trees on the property which creates and attractive nuisance to homeless people and people dumping trash. The trees and grass/weeds need to be cut back.
