Description

These folks have some sort of a cabana set up in the backyard/driveway with lights and speakers and DJ Mixmaster is out there blasting R&B every night. I am several houses away and if there is an open window, It is clear and loud. This is not the Favela in Brazil. People sleep. It is a nuisance.
