These kind of infractions need to be reported to the police non-emergency phone number whenever you notice it. This site does not handle these kind of complaints.

These infractions have been reported to the police and nothing gets done ever! if this is not the site then where do we go most people dont know where to report these things and when they do report to the police it still is not dealt with plus police so not tell you who to talk to so it just keeps happening. I think this site should be for all complaints not just certain ones. Thank you Carol Woods for notifying the right people.
