Description
A black Chevy appeared in the driveway on the alley about 2 weeks ago. It does not have a tag. Since then, a few more vehicles have shown up along with an older blue vehicle that is parked in the garage, also without a current tag. We don't need a used car lot in the middle of our neighborhood.
