Description
It's a strong possibility that the theft going on in the neighborhood is related to the homeless that are camped out in the nearby wooded area. These homeless should be driven out of the vicinity. They're nothing but trouble. Crime rate will probably decrease if the problem is arrested. No pun intended.

separate days casing the apartment building in which I live. I feel he's looking for things to remove from the balcony railings.April 22nd & 23rd, Saturday and Sunday of last weekend. The weather is warming up and it's about this time of year it seems the homeless start coming around the area.

We are checking this area. These individuals are camped on DOT property and they have separate policies regarding the homeless. The law prohibits arresting someone for being homeless, but we are working to resources and solutions to the issue.
