As this pond is owned by the HOA, all matters regarding the surrounding trees would need to be addressed directly with the HOA.

Regarding the grass cutting being conducted improperly; could you please provide additional information? What type of improper landscaping practices are occurring?

There is no hoa here. It dissolved approx10-15 years ago.

The pond has a patch of trees both alive and dead in the bottom of the pond which traps water .this causes stagnation,rodent issues and mosquito issues. The trees ,that by code and design shouldn't be there, constantly have a layer or muck as a minimum,or approx 2" of water surrounding their base. This is directly in front of the drain pipe. Due to nobody doing the required maintance on the pond as required for absorption and drainage has caused this problem to continue.
The mowing crew doesn't get anywhere close enough to the surrounding trees or the metal barricade on cr1, causing large patches of grass around the area

Well to start ,there is no HOA here. It dissolved approximately 10-15 years ago. So nobody has done any maintance to this pond since then. The required work that would of gotten the HOA fined, tree shrub and weed removal from the bottom of the pond. There is a palm,a dead tree,an unknown tree and a patch of weeds 6-8 feet tall. It also doesn't drain in the max required 72hour period . Which caused standing water breeding grounds for rodents and mosquitos .
The mowers do not get close enough to the trees at street lever or trim around them and the curb. .nor do theatric around the guard rails along cr 1

What number are you calling . Mine or the old hoa ? There is no hoa here the old president moved about 5 years ago .my neighbor was on the board and it dissolved over 15 years ago. The county has widened the area on their own to increase its capacity back mid 80's and has been mowing it also

So a week later and the pond,that should be dry is still flooded

What and who are you calling? There is NO hoa . It dissolved 15 years ago .please contact me directly if you can't figure it out . The county came in and widened it out in the 80's .remived all the fencing and trees. It is the county's responsibility to maintain and remove the silt and weeds. There is no Hoa .

What is an ap facility . If you would like to meet the the spot I will gladly do that but there is no hoa . Who are you trying to call

Yea! 25 days later the pond is finally dry. Come look at all the sediment that's all around the invasive weeds and dead trees. Or call me like you said you did

As you can see only a small channel was cut into the muck.leaving behind all the invasive weeds and trees.it restricts flowing water delaying absorption and causes back ups into the pipe as well as large amounts or Standing water. . The weeds should have been removed to facilitate flow.
