As much of a fan as I am of Rita's, the mascot sometimes stands in the center of the Rotary, and causes driver's attention to wander.

It is for the kids and they like it

I have no doubt it's for the kids - and that's great - I applaud that - just would prefer a different, less dangeorous location for the mascot to dance. Drivers seem to have a difficult time navigating the rotary, with the visual distractions of several businesses, traffic, and a view of the sound.
