Description

While I realize SeeClickFix might not be the perfect place for this (or maybe it is), I don't see anywhere else in the City to effectively lobby alders to change policy.

Recently Paul Bass has brought to light the inherent conflict in Alders like Adam Marchand refusing to recuse themselves from votes pertaining to their employers. In the case of Marchand the employer is Yale.

The City needs a policy that makes this illegal so it is not up to the Alderman as to whether or not they recuse themselves.

Click the vote button if you believe that Alders should recuse themselves from votes on their employers and should work to change policy.
