Beschreibung

Not Pothole, but Chicago Water Department has put in new water main on Armour Street and lost the cap to my main shut-off valve. Please replace so gravel & dirt do not fill the shaft. It's a ankle twist hazard to, don't want anyone injured! Thank you!
