Description

During construction at this intersection, there is no provision for pedestrians on the north side on Comm Ave. During business hours, it is great that there is a police detail to help direct traffic and pedestrians. Off hours, though, pedestrians must walk in traffic and do not have a protected place to stand. I've observed parents pushing strollers in traffic lanes out of necessity and been required to do this myself as well. Thank you for providing some accommodation during construction in this village center.
