Squatters frequent this area a lot in Motor Homes - they squat & create trash heaps on Penn, Suter, & Napa SO MUCH. Please address fines with current owners of Global Paint & former Times Hearld buildings. Refer to correct dept to start case if need be against these owners.

Sorry to see this going on. People who don't have any self worth and care not at all for those that live in these trashed areas. The moving RVs are a mobile nuisance and should be immediately reported to authorities so they can move elsewhere. Not a solution except for the ones immediately affected. But if the moving by pressure continues, it might make a permanent move out of the city. Let's see what this sight and the city do.

Oh this is just awful, and it invites more criminal activity that leads to violence and neighborhood disruption in the worst ways imaginable. These people have got to be apprehended and th e trailer impounded.

I don't know about "timely" but this activity continues every day. People living in cars, abandoned cars, trash, drug use. Property owners should have some consideration. Area needs daily surveillance.

Please don't let Penn, Napa & Sutter become know as the place to go squat, buy drugs, women & flaunt the rule of law. How special. Take care of it. Why don't we give out tickets, sweep our streets, hand out parking tickets or tow if cars don't move, charge fines for abandoned cars & HIRE a meter maid. Get some revenue coming in on parking fees & street cleaning & abandoned cars. This is not rocket science people the COV is already paying the price for this. Why not join the Bay Area & ticket/fine people. There are abandoned cars in city parking lots even. Become real not a dumping ground.
