Description

Ever since the repaving of capital Boulevard completed, in the northbound lane of Capital and Jenkins the left turn Lane from Capital on the Jenkins no longer trips. I have been at this light multiple times over the past month at approximately six in the morning and have had to run the light after three cycles.
