This was reported on in the crime section on Apr. 14th in the DLN (online). You can search the DLN for "chop shop", as it is well buried online to try to find a headline. Bottom line, no consequences for being in possession of stolen property let alone the disrespect to their neighbors with all the noise. No charges filed, i.e. - No harm, no foul. This is why people in Coatesville don't give a monkey's about doing "the right thing". At least they are on the radar (hopefully).

I see an occasional dirt bike going down alleys, but it's not a regular thing.

I hear and see dirt bikes, motorcycles, etc. going past my house all the time. (on Olive St.) And some are really LOUD!!!! Isn't there a noise law?
