Welcome to the platform, Police District Manager of Dixwell. Ground-hog is actually in #28's shed but signs of tomato-eating in my backyard at #30. See Tired Homeowner's report.
I am Sorry just beginning on this platform. Animal control only deals with sick or injured wildlife. We do not come out for nesting wildlife. This would be a situation where the home owner would need to hire a wildlife abatement company such as Terminex or Ct. pest elimination to come to the home and deal with this issue. They have the proper training to deal with these situations.
We have tons of them in Cedar Hill. Saddly we caught a guys dumping them on our street...so lord knows how long he has been doing that he a at least a half dozen....with that said. What I found to work is (and it may sound nasty) but it worked. get a friend that has a cat to save its poo for you and spread it around the area the fur guy moved into he will be gone...but with it getting colder I would do it soon or wait till spring.

I am just being introduced to this platform. Are you still having the issue with the groundhog getting into your shed? If so, comment here.
Thank you.
