Another Property owned by DETROIT LAND BANK AUTHORITY.... Hasn't been lived in since original owners died. It's the same as the property next door at 9575. Open to trespass, overgrown grass, weeds, trees, illegal dumping...... folks can't even utilize the sidewalk because of the weeds. DLBA needs to stop hoarding these homes if they have no plans for them and give them to the folks.... GIVE them to the neighbors who would love to rehab and keep the homes viable for the neighborhood.
