This is truly amazing this has. been like this on the street for 3weeks?! Really??coming from the section 8 apartments. This should be a crime

Illegal dumping was done by the same tenants who live in those apartments. The property manager needs to be fined for not overseeing his property. That particular property has brought drugs, thieves, constant police presence, and more. The manager needs to more vigilant and take more responsibilty of his/ her property. Raccoons and cats make matter worst especially when trash is not put into the trash dumpster.

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 09/25/2016, service request #681230.
