There is also Bay City Bandits or something like that on the guardrail. We need a street light up there to at least deter these people.

HORRIBLE! I am so sick of this stuff, Oakland officials try to pass graffiti and blight as normal...it's not, it's only Oakland being lazy - refusing to deal with it! Oakland-on the brink of pure HELL!
