Description
The New Haven Green is a disgrace! Walking through the green on my lunch hour today - every single bench was occupied by homeless people and had trash strewn around like someone just dumped garbage cans everywhere. You can't even enjoy your lunch by the fountain without getting panhandled or harassed. I will not walk through the green anymore, it's shameful how nothing is done to clean it or police it for the use of ALL New Haven citizens.
