Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. Updates will be posted here.

The Code Officer already had an open case on this issue and had contacted the owner. The property is scheduled to be mowed within a week.
