They need to be held accountable!

There is a city ordinance that states bushes can not be more than 3 feet tall, these are at least 15 ft or or more. Is anyone from the city going to respond to this complaint or am I just wasting my time.

The City of Berkley does not seem to care. Bushes over grown, a swimming pool that has black water, newspapers piling up, and a car that has not moved in 5 years. What a disgrace.

This house is in the process of being sold. Hopefully the new owners will take pride in the house and clean up the property.

Same issue, house now up for sale bushes still need to be trimmed, grass and weeds starting to grow.
Hopefully the new owner will care.

Summer is here so everything is overgrown again. No respect for the neighbors who have to look at this mess. When will the city do something?

Shrubs are still overgrown over the sidewalk.

The house is for sale, last pending offer dropped out, probably due to foundation issues. The current owner does not care. When the bushes grow over the sidewalk the city will cut and charge the owner but the rest of it we have to live with. Terrible eye sore.

House has been sold and the new owner has cut the bushes off the sidewalk. Yeah.
