Q. Please describe the violation.
A. Emanouil Construction company apparently has a lot of land( working lot) across the street from our condo complex.They are VERY noisy and they are working on Sunday mornings -I can hear the large backhoe and tractors scraping rocks and moving large quantities of dirt etc.This is not fair to residents who are trying to rest and enjoy their homes.
