A property maintenance violation notice has been sent to the property owner notifying them that the walls must be repaired. The property is scheduled for a re-inspection on October 27, 2016.

Still looking bad (worse?). Assuming re-inspect failed, what is next step?

It is still in progress.

The property owner submitted documentation with options for repair or the possibility of removal. We are currently reviewing the information provided to determine the maximum allowable grading pitch to prevent run-off onto the public right-of-way.

Contractors are ready to begin the work in either case and plan to begin shortly after we hear back from our engineers.
