Go to city hall and request copies of all the speeding tickets that were issued on the block in the last 10 years. Odds are that nobody has been issued a speeding ticket on the block in the last 10 years. Drivers will speed unless they think there is reason not to speed.

Are you in an industrial zone there? There are some back there. They may be all going to the same warehouse.

Almost a year since reported and still not fixed yet.

421 days and counting. The water main from the street to our building burst in October-2013. The city ignored us when we asked them if it was possibly due to the condition of the street and how trucks, busses, and ambulances shake the building as they pass by and our building is stuck with the $10K bill to fix it.

Mary - we are not in an industrial Zone. I may call city hall to get the history of speeding tickets issued. At least that's a work-around way to resolve the issue.
