There is an empty house on walnut street that needs to be torn down. It is not only an eyesore but a health hazard and danger, I reported this 2 years ago and so typical of Framingham that nothing has been down.

We are currently working with the Attorney General's office on these abandoned properties in Framingham. 85 Walnut St is one of the properties we have been working on . Unfortunately it is a very long process . The Court has to Grant permission to seek Receivership to Town of Framingham. We have completed 2 abandoned houses in the Town already & have two currently in receivership now. This program is working it just takes time. I hope this answers your questions.
