Description

There is gridlock every morning from the intersection of Fountain Street and 135 all the way to Mt Wayte. The definition of "Gridlock" i "continuous queues of vehicles block an entire network of intersecting streets, bringing traffic in all directions to a complete standstill". While it is an issue of vehicle volume...it is compounded by vehicles not making it through the intersection and blocking traffic. A traffic detail at the intersection during the morning might help.
