from the cross walks that cross at 4th and warren, the corner of warren and burwell, and then all the way up burwell there should be street lights at the corner of the streets or when a crosswalk is being used that pedestrians be asked to use the buttons and that light up sensors be installed so vehicles can visibly see that pedestrians are trying to cross the street. Daily you see pedestrians almost get hit due to they are just crossing the street when they want and if a vehicle cannot see them they retaliate by kicking peoples car.
