Description

This morning around 1015am I was walking my dog near the elementary school in Mountview I came across a troubling sight. Someone had a running hose propped against the rink boards unattended. In the 10 or so minutes it took to walk by I did not see anybody come and check on it once. In addition, I drove by at quarter to 11 and the hose was in the exact same position. I'm sure that there is way to much water in the north end, and leaving a flooding hose unattended right beside a school can not be safe. Not to mention how wasteful it is. Both water and labor wages... We are paying somebody to waste water? I'm very unimpressed with the city and hope something is done immediately.
