Thus issue has not been resolved. One day later, there is storm water in my garage. Please be specific as to what was done to resolve the issue.

The storm drain was vacuumed out this weekend but the ditches to get the water to the main storm drain on the corner are still non existent.

Ditches are non-existent. No place for the water to go.

The problem still exists, there is no place for the water to drain to. They did come by to clean the pipes but with non-existent ditches there is no place for the water to go, so the water just sits there becoming stagnant and a mosquito haven.
