Opis
Everyday there is either no hot water or luke warm water. You can't shower or do everyday things like washing dishes until they decide to put the hot water on. This is unacceptable as I am a tenant that pays my rent in full every month. I have a 3 year old child and this is not very sanitary for him or our family.
