Description

Waste Mgmt. truck (#312435) idling while picking up dumpsters at 4:45am. The same company pick up dumpsters on 9/24 @ 6:27am. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Those trucks should not be in residential neighborhoods before 8:00am.
