Description
Vehicles park in front of the abandoned meeting house, make a phone call, receive walk up or drive up service, prep their drug of choice, use their drug of choice, throw out their empty needles and blunt wrappers/contents and leave.
Mostly happens during the daytime hours.

People, that is strong! I personally take note of the address and will want to see, and on an afternoon stroll, walk by, smile at my neighbors and admire their fine houses and lawns and walks...
2010.. this is the year it happened.

and thank you for adding the mobile speed limit sign as well, sir. we look forward to the upcoming traffic enforcement detail that usually follows the mobile sign.

if there is anything i or we can do to aid you, please feel free to stop at 215 downs street. if you see my crew cab chevy on wiltswyk, you know i am home. just knock on the back porch!
