Thank you for contacting the Public Works Agency regarding this matter. However, additional information is required before your request can be processed. On what side of the Shell gas station is the tree located? on Montana Street, Fruitvale Avenue or Bienati Way? Also, is the tree on the sidewalk or inside the gas station property? Finally, please explain why do you believe the tree is dead or dying? This information is needed for the tree aorist. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
