Description

tree/curb strip along side of empty lot not being mowed. [According to city ordinance, tree strip is owned by city, but adjacent property owner is responsible for naintenance.] Lot owned by Knight Holding Co. aka Knight Waterproofing [41 First St. = same co. whose building on First St. is covered with graffitti]
