Description

FOR SEVERAL WEEKS NOW AGAIN THE GREEN LIGHT IS WAY TOO SHORT. SOUTHBOUND RT 309 AT TRUMBAUERSVILLE RD. SOMETIMES ONLY 8 CARS GET THRU. THIS MORNING SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC WAS BACKED UP TO JOHNS PLAIN AND FANCY DINER. TRAFFIC HAS TO STOP ON GREEN AT PARK AVE BECAUSE THERE IS NO ROOM TO MOVE UP.
