Description

A Large metal plank has been balanced on a cement arroyo outcropping for the last six months. It had been a bolted joint on the base of the arroyo below. Someone moved off the arroyo floor and took it to a spot where it would not be carried away by running water. It has heavy rusting and it needs to be removed for safety reasons. I have reported it before with no response from the city. It is located at the S DB Arroyo, northbound Ventura side. Thank You
