Description

Had a Florida tag with expiration of 10/09. The next day it had a new tag with expiration of 4/10. It's not possible to drive to Florida and back in a single day to get a new tag. Car also has PA inspection stickers that expire in 2012. How is it legal to be licensed in one state and inspected in another?
