XYZ, it has been called in, however, I want to encourage people to follow this complaint thru. I appreciate how SCF works - where the public provides information about maintenance and repair issues that are needed. But I also want to encourage people who post issues on SCF, like this one, to follow through on their own. Sometimes I will report that it was called in, sometimes I will not, but I always call these in to the appropriate party.
We are trying to delineate issues that are current and need the city's attention to resolve. This issue had been addressed and then re-opened.
