Description
The dumpster is behind 5044 5th Ave S in some plants/bushes and it is not where the dumpsters belongs. It has a place that is between 5044 5th Ave S and 5026 5th Ave S on the property line between the two houses that allow it to sit back off the alley asphalt to give clearance for traffic. there is trash/brush/yard debris that has been plied up where the dumpster goes.
