I have seen this vehicle all over the area of Elcamino and Watt. Especially, at the Balmoral Apartments. They are homeless and loiter for hours. Plus, I have heard them threatening people.
The Manager of the Apartments who works for Dick James and Associates has been requested to stop them from being there. Due to their behavior toward the neighbor's. She has done NOTHING! Other business keeping calling the Sheriffs on them. However, the manager refuses to do anything.
Thanks for posting!
