As said - use the Brookhaven Connect app - BUT also post here. Brookhaven Connect has zero accountability and issues are sadly left for months and months. At least through SeeClickFix we can have a better idea of which issues have been reported - and which have been addressed.
Brookhaven is making progress but stll has a long way to go when it comes to accountability and addressing the concerns of its residents.
