Description

Under the scaffolding at 330 W 37th. Dealing and using real hard stuff appears to be heroin. The addicts are getting crazier and using the LinkNYC station on 37th and 8th as a bathroom and a rallying point. We see this everyday where is law enforcement? Where are the cameras?
