The only time I ever go down that direction is on Sunday mornings around 9am. And I notice the issue every week.

I frequently turn left on Shumard Oak since my girlfriend lives over there. Regardless of the day or time it's a wait of several minutes. This could be first thing in the morning, 8pm or midnight.

Still waiting on this to be fixed. Although, in the meantime, the city may want to have cops waiting at the intersection. They can make some good money off the people who get tired of waiting for the light and just turn left on red.

Still haven't seen an improvement here.

I agree, I live right on Shumard Oak Blvd and I always have to wait even when there's no traffic. This usually happens to me specifically in the evenings, but I don't remember the light ever being quick.
