Please have an officer park on Twin Pines at Lincoln Circle to catch the multiple super-speeders coming down Twin Pines from Upper River Road and Jones County . I came so close to getting killed last week while walking my dog. The car was driving so fast that I wasn't even able to read the tag number. We really need to crack down on those people. We either need to change speed limit on Twin Pines to 25 mph or instal speed bumps because one of these days, someone is going to get hit by a car going so fast. I am kindly requesting a study so we can finally put an end to this. Thank you for your time.
