Description
The stop sign on Shopper's World Way by the Lowe's corner (across from Target) is not visible to drivers approaching from the north (Stop & Shop / BJ's). I was almost hit head on by a pickup that blew through the sign as I was turning left into the Lowe's parking lot (I had the right of way coming from Rte. 30). I have seen this happen many times before and know for a fact that the stop sign is not visible until you are right beside it, because of trees/vegetation at the edge of the Lowe's property hiding it from view. Overall, this intersection is confusing to many motorists (who has the right of way? How do I turn left out of Target into two lanes coming off Rte. 30? Will the cars coming from BJ's stop?) and in need of fresh stopping lines and clearer signage. It always gets crazy during the holiday shopping period.
